I have a special weapon (Hopefully) being made under the weapons board. Would that take a slot or just gold?

Next Power: Dreadlord has the ability to draw stone from everything, even when there is no apparant stone, even to another D'riss user. Using this, he can draw rivers of sttone together, and let it flow into a golem type thing around his body. It is qauite big, he fits inside its torso, even fully strectched out.
