History: Brian has always been bullied since day one. His attitude and nature got him outcasted quite often. Though he makes up for this with his intelligence which is superior to most people his age. He currently goes to a university in Colorado and is studying politics and law, being top of his class. His family is quite rich and his father works for the government so he has always been quite spoilt. So when the exchange program with Blood City was formed by the government he was the one in his university to be briefed on the situation and be given the offer. Whilst this whole thing sounded dangerous, the opportunity was just too much to pass off. So with dreams of fame and fortune he took up the offer, met up with the other students and was sent into England onto a lonely road that led through the misty fields that surrounded Blood City. Upon entering he was toured about by a reluctant Mayor and ended up staying with a one Sargent April Lexus Lior'Tahlia, because she was the only one that seemed to actually want to take on exchange students into her home and she was small, cute, naive and the same age as he was. Also a armless vampire was a interesting thing to wake up to every day and she would be a interesting subject to study. He would be spending most of his time at the City Hall and the Barracks, studying the workings of the law and government of the city.
