Discription: The hells impact uses energy as it cirulates around the right arm and spins the faster the spin the more control you have on it. Whe used it will deliver a devistating blow that would kill anyone and destroy anything that was hit, though after words the user is draind of almost all the chakra left and would leave the user vunerable.

Ice blood.
Kishimaru's ice can turn anything and everything into ice with just a drop of blood, not only that he can control ice in every form making it one of his many weapons.
Lvl three.
Weapon seal release.

Kishimaru’s sword has two forms the regular katana form which most see and then there is its released state. When released his blade transforms and also changes Kishimaru’s spiritual output and increases his strength speed and power five times over. Not only that his blade gets a much sharper edge so things that would normally prove to be a problem are no hassle in its transformed state.
Lvl four second level release Baraga.
The final form for Baraga and its the deadliest yet. giving him great power but draining him soon after wards. Not something to be taken lightly.
Lvl 5 power Assention Pride
Kishimaru takes up his old armor and becomes stronger than he ever could be alone, this form alows him to create fire and ice without blood and his strength speed and abilities go thru the roof. The longer he stays like this though the harder it will be to change back and if he cant change back soon he will run out of energy for good.
Looks: Kishimaru stands at a short 5’ 5” five foot five inches and has dark blue hair that is usually wild and unkempt spikes but sometimes he lays it back and he wears his headband almost over his eyes and sometimes pulls it over his eyes to make him close to blind, he has sharp pitch black eyes with a bright blue slit in the center for a pupile and a built body. He has a mark across his chest that he burned in himself no one knows why he did it though, he wears a pair of dark brown paints and a l green sleeveless trench coat.
