Height: 10" without is hat on, 1' with it on.
Build: Thin
Power: Level 1 - Charisma: Being a Leprechaun, who are tricky by nature, he can talk things into doing almost anything for him, and is a master negotiator.
Level 2 - Escape Artist: By channeling ancient magic through him, he can escape almost any trap he is caught in, magic or otherwise.
Level 3 - Emerald Touch: By channeling magic through his fingertips he can heal any wound or sickness that befalls any creature, animal or plant.
Level 4 - Teleport: He is able to disappear and reappear instantly anywhere in a 50 meter radius.
Level 5 - Shrink: He can shrink anyone and anything down to his size with the snap of his fingers for one hour, he can only do this to one person/object at a time.
Level 6 - Invisibility: He, and anything he is holding onto, can turn invisible for 30 seconds giving him time to run away or do whatever he feels like.

History: Eogan and his race were created when the country of Ireland was created. Leprechauns are very in touch with nature and gain all of their power from it. They are tricksters by heart and enjoy making any creature they fall upon miserable, but will never physically harm something. Eogan too enjoys this, as well as drinking heavily, but will never get drunk. He enjoys whiskey and beers of all sorts, but prefers the Irish drinks the most. Like most Leprechauns he carries around a small cauldron of gold with him. If you were to take it he would do almost anything to get it back. Likewise if you catch him he is liable to grant you one wish, but may try to weasel out of it. However, he is a man of his word and will do anything you can get him to promise to do, and expects you to do the same. Like all Leprechauns he is immortal and can run incredibly fast. He speaks with a heavy Irish accent and a squeaky cutesy voice.
