Build: Well trained, not to much, so hes still a little slimber.
Power:
White Eye - Has a 360 degree field of vision. The owner can sense anything withing a radius of 328' and becomes bigger the more powerfull the owner becomes. The owner can see throug anything that would normaly block the view, eksept for magical or unatural baricades. The owner of thise eyes can see the power/life flow of other people that are withing his 360 degree sight.
Shadow Steep - Vanish as if he was just smoke, and steps out of a shadow that he know exsist and know where is.
Mirror Wheel Eye - After getting this power his pupil had splittet into three smaller pupils (dosent do so he sees like a spider) and gain the ability to read alot of his opponents moves close to before they even make them themself.
Looks: Slimber male, waers a long black jacket with a high collar, he got black army boots that goes up around the knee and they are buckled all the way up, he waers long black pants that got a grey stribe on the side of them and they got more widen at the bottom and he got a black t-shirt on under the jacket. He wears sunglases almost all the time and got a face mask on that covers the mouth and most of the nose to. He got short black hair.
History: He worked for some people in another city that was important, but not the top of them all. They all pushed him around and he diden't do anything about it. He got involved with some more and more serius crimes they where doing, and one day the bosses desided that they where needed to get rid of Zell, so they hired an assassin that should have killed him, but the assassin never got the chance before Zell have found out and killed the assassin brutaly and without mercy, after that he went to his former bosses and killed them. The news of the men that where killed whent fast throug the city and Zell was needed to leave as quickly as posible. He had heard of a city that where called "Blood City" and he have bin told that the law where a lot better than in the regular citys, so he began the journey to Blood City.
