1st Power: Paralyzing Stare:
Only usable when eyes lock (therefore anyone that doesn't look him in the eye has no chance of this being used on them) and lasts as long as eye contact can be held by user. When used the target can no longer move, allowing for a strong attack or an easier get away. This power can be resisted by those with enough concentration (and knowledge of whats happening) or a very strong will.
2nd Power: Specified Transformation:
Just as he can change his form at will, he can choose to change just a part of his form instead(but only between human and bipedal). It uses less energy and would make it easier to change fully, but it makes the rest of his body weaker while it lasts(including being more prone to silver). An example of such usage would be transforming his legs to run faster. He gets the use of his claws and the extra size/strength that limb will normally give him.
Looks: Long white hair, usually in a braid at his back, black slacks, a dark grey button-up shirt, black tennis shoes; his wear in human form. He's got light blue eyes with a light green starburst in the center, scars marking his chest, arms, and sides (if they were clearly visible it might be obvious that hes been in many fights, or one particularly vicious one). His right ear has three peircings, all silver and gold loops, one has blue gems in it and another has tribal carvings. Only visible in human form he has a tribalized cresent moon tattooed on the back of his neck. In his lycan form he is a white tiger.
History: Born a human he grew up with his parents in a large town, almost able to be called a city. His parents were rich and they lived in a more isolated part of town, taking many vacations to various places in the world. One such trip when he was 14 was to asia, where the small village they were bunking at was attacked by a tiger. He woke to the screams of villagers and was pushed to safety by his parents who got killed. In a fit of rage he tried to attack the tiger, causing it non-fatal wounds and getting a few wounds himself, unknowingly being infected with the lycan virus. He made it back to his home and was kicked out by the next in line for the home. He was picked on by the local lycans after his first change, and started learning the ways of the streets. He learned to fight, to steal, what was good to eat from the trash, and soon started to defend himself. He was later driven out of the town by the alpha lycan, and has been wandering ever since, afraid to expose himself to others. He's gained control of his changes, yet still has trouble resisting the full moon.
