History: Trouble seems to follow him around. He enjoys the thrill of facing impossible situations and coming out on top. Whilst trying to neutralize a vampire threat in the middle east he was severely injured. An SAS team was conducting a similar mission and Ziggy was responsible for his rescue. this causes him great anger as he feels it has damaged his honour, he doesn't truly hate Ziggy but they have a kind of rivalry going on. He came to Blood city in search of satisfaction.

If TT's thinking what i think he is, its that we already allow some anime characters, but Doctor Who is going one step to far.
