Shadows Grasp: A mass of shadow tendrils burst from the users hand, locking onto a target and chasing them until either the user stops it or the target is dead. They can either hold a person, or shred them to bits.
Shadow Warp: The user dissolves into shadowy mist, reappearing somewhere else.
The Darkness (Lv 2) : Cutter integrates more with Cotillion, turning his skin midnight black, and forming fiery tattoos all over his body. Speed and Strength are increased dramatically. This form drains his energy quickly, and so will leave him exhausted and barely able to fight when it ends.
Shadows of Illusion: Cotillions form distorts, leaving after images and blinks in and out of sight for split seconds. This makes it hard to keep track of him, and makes him harder to hit.
Shadow's Protection: The User and those near him are covered by a semi transparent shield of gray-black shadow, repelling minor to medium attacks, for a short while.
Rejuvenate: Completely heals the target of all external damage (Cuts and flesh wounds and such), but takes a good deal of energy out of the user.
Mend Mind: Cures mental illnesses or mental attacks.
Cure: Cures anything wrong with the target internally, but takes time and also uses a good deal of energy.

History: An old and powerful vampire, he was once a Assassin in an ancient Empire during the Crusades. His last contract though was one that would damn him for eternity. Unknown to him his target was a powerful vampire, but instead of killing Cotillion he brought him into the ranks of the Vampire race instead. He left shortly after the crusades, feeling no bonds to his birthplace, leaving his two younger siblings behind. Since then he has honed the profession of Assassination into an art. He came to Blood City as a drifter, just one more stop on his endless journey of the world, but has since settled down in the City. Has founded a Guild in Blood City, which teaches those with ties to the Elder Warrens, the oldest form of magic in the world.
He traveled from place to place, and eventually learned to travel to the warrens themselves. This was still not enough though, and so he underwent a ritual to become a Daemon made from Warren Energy, but after this lost his memory. As a Daemon he felt the compulsion to return to Blood City, and upon arriving he started having visions of his past. He met with Red again, who after seeing Cutter, knew that this was Cotillion. Shortly after, Red restored his memories. Then after meeting Anne again, she revealed that she was older than Cotillion, and had been guiding his development since birth, training him to fight the forces of hell.
After doing more research Cotillion learned that while his Daemonic power increased his strength, it weakened his Warren Powers, the Chaotica in him conflicting with the Meanas. He created a new ritual, that destroyed every trace of Chaotica in his body, reverting him to a Vampire again.
Personality: Cotillion has many different quirks to his personality, the biggest being he is extremely lazy, and usually very laid back. On the other hand he is also more intelligent than he looks and is very insightful, although he doesnt show this that often.
