Shadow Step - Allows Azrael to step through the shadows and appear at any place he has been to before provided it is shrouded in darkness. If the destination he has previously been to while using Shadow Step is not covered in darkness he is then redirected to some random place that is.
Shadow Manipulation - Allows Azrael to manipulate the shadows around him like a weapon

History: Was a former Saxon Mercenary and Assassin for hire in the 12th Century by the name of Jean Devereux. Jean was the best Assassin/Mercenary of his time, that was until he was betrayed and Murdered by his apprentice and younger brother Gerard during his sleep. Immediately after Jean was murdered he found himself standing in front of Murmur the Great Duke and Earl of Hell. Murmur, so amused at Jean's demise at the hands of his brother after being so careful to avoid his enemys, gave Jean a second chance at life but at a price, Jean was to be a Head Hunter and Legion Recruiter for the Demon Lord for all eternity.
With only revenge in his heart Jean immedietly accepted the Great Duke of Hell's offer giving no second thoughts to the price he would pay for accepting it, Murmur then branded his seal onto Jean's right hand and uttered the words "This is your source of power, and a mark of loyalty to me for all eternity" and as a reminder of Jean's previous life as a mercenary and assassin Murmur amusingly renamed his new servent for all eternity, "Azrael" after the Archangel of Death.
