Name: Alessandro Lunvega, but better known as Daemon's Eyes, or Dae for short.
Age: Appears to be in his twenties, but is undoubtedly much older than he appears.

Powers:
Lvl 1 Power: Eyes of the Crying Demon: allows Dae to see through mist and darkness without penalty, and also grants him an improved range of sight.
Lvl 2 Power: The Scrying
Hundred of years of experience have allowed Dae to develop a unique power, again based on his eyes: he is able to see, by using a lot of stamina, things not as they are now but as how they will be a couple of seconds in the future.
This grants him an improved accuracy since he knows where targets will be.
However this replaces his normal vision, and moreover he can't use it in close combat since it eats up a lot of stamina: after a few minutes of doing this he will be totally exhausted.
Lvl 3 Power:Curse of the Demon's Attraction
when activated, this power causes beings in Dae's vicinity to be drawn to him. It's not a mind control power, since it can be repelled with simply a little effort of the mind, and it doesn't force to walk/run/crawl towards him. It's simply a suggestive power, that draws your attention to him. The weakest-minded will however be physically attracted.
This power is a curse: Dae can't trigger and untrigger it at will. It seems to activates whenever he expresses feelings, which would explain why he seems so emotionless most of the time. During a fight, it will make Dae the target of more opponents. Note that this power has more effects on female beings.
Last thing: for Dae, it is a curse and a power he doesn't like. Whenever he sees it has activated itself he will become more taciturn.
Lvl 4 Power:Hollow Flash
Since he prefers fighting at long range, Dae needs to be able to blind enemies from a distance, allowing him to score more hits before close combat is engaged. The Hollow Flash allows him to fire a powerful flash of light from one of his fingertips, very short but very intense.
The Hollow Flash, or Cero, takes a few seconds to charge, during which Dae can't move, since he needs to keep his finger pointed on the target (a miss would be disastrous, since he can't fire Hollow Flashes several times in a row). Despite it lasting for a very short time, it takes a moment for Dae to recover from the shot.
The Flash itself deals little to no physical damage at long range: anything caught in the beam will feel as if they had been hit by a strong and hot wind, in addition to the blinding light. Small objects, such as leaves or sheets of paper, will be blown away if they are not attached to something.
Note that the Flash has sufficient power to blind someone even if that person does not face the beam, and can also confuse creatures without eyes (since it relies much on the energy blast to confuse the target). Creatures without sight, and without psychic sensibility (Stone Gargoyles, Golems, and such), won't be affected.
Lastly, this is a long-range ability, but Dae will sometimes use it in close combat: he can try to fire it directly into his opponent's eyes, which can result in a burn of the optical nerves if it is not avoided. The problem is that only one opponent can really be affected by this.
Reminder: the Hollow Flash is basically 'made' of light, which means you have to move faster than light to avoid it once it has been fired. It lasts only for a split second. However you can try and hide if you see Dae pointing a finger towards you, and if it looks as if light 'accumulates' around said finger.

This ability has only recently been acquired by Dae, in fact he never knew he had it before his wife was revived. Maybe it is a consequence of that event, since it seems to be closely related to Lucia's own abilities
This power can be activated whenever Dae's right hand's palm is in contact with something. Upon activation, a perfect copy of that item will appear in his left palm. The bigger the original item is, the more energy it requires. This power can be used on living beings, but the copy will NOT be alive: it will simply be a dead corpse. Copies created this way are perfect, meaning there is no way to tell which is the original, and which one is the fake by looking at them. If this power is used on "unique" or magical items, the copy will have none of the original's special powers. Evidently, Dae can't copy illusions, nor items created by special abilities.
Note that Dae cannot choose to duplicate a part of an item he's holding: it's all or nothing. If this power if activated when his right palm is touching a wall, the full building will be copied. Also, he cannot copy one of his copies, and each item may only have one existing copy.
The bigger the copy is, the more energy it requires. Cloning items the size of big cars is enough to exhaust completely Dae . He can choose to end the existence of any cloned item at any time, wherever it is, but the longer they stay created, the more stamina it drains.

Lucia has the power to share her "Portraits, Mirrors of Souls" ability, but she and Dae share bonds much stronger than usual. Because of their special relationship, Dae can also copy the items Lucia creates, and will not be immobilized by her "Reality is Pictoral" power (instead, he will be affected in the exact same way than she is).

When he returned from his trip, Dae carried a new object with him: a small dragonfly sculpted from stone.
The dragonfly in itself is an ordinary rock. However Dae can clone it as many times as he wants with insignificant energy loss, and the copies all share the same power: Dae can see what the copies are looking at.
The original dragonfly does not have this power, and remember the copies all look like sculpted rock dragonflies. Also, Dae is not permanently watching through all the eyes. He needs to think about chich he wishes to activate. When activated, the dragonflies will emit a faint magical pulse. They are otherwise very hard to tell from a random sculpted item.
Note that even if a dragonfly is not activated, Dae will know if it gets destroyed. Lastly, they are copies created by the "left hand of God", and as such Dae can choose to end their existence at any time.

It was a very lucrative business, and Alessandro was very well paid. He was young by then, and quickly got married with a young woman of a wealthy family named Lucia. Although he would sometimes leave for almost a year for travelling to the isles of the East, the bonds between him and his wife were strong.
However disaster struck during the year 1531. An earthquake of terrible magnitude almost destroyed the city, and when the Salvacion arrived a few days after there still were nothing but ruins.
Alessandro ran to his house as soon as he could, and again found nothing but rubble. The worst was yet to come, as after two days of searching through the rubble he discovered the body of his beloved wife, crushed under the stones.
It is said he cried so long that the mark of the tears printed itself on his cheeks. It also said it was shortly after he was approached by a Vampire.
The vampire told him he could grant him the power revive his wife, and also promised him eternal life at her side. Disarrayed, utterly destroyed by the events, Alessandro agreed, and was turned into a Vampire.
However most vampires are liars and decievers, and this one was no exception. He did revive Lucia, but only to shoot her in the forehead before Alessandro could move. Unable to revive her a second time, Alessandro cursed the vampire as it disappeared with a maniac laughter.
With time, Alessandro discovered the other parts of the curse. He could not support the daylight, and soon was forced to kill to feed himself. Also, although his skin turned white because of centuries spent in the dark, he remained young-looking and, well, attractive. Many female beings (humans, vampires and even sometimes angels) are drawn to him, which is a curse for him since he would kill himself rather than betraying Lucia's memory.
His eyes still bear the mark of all the crying, and he has developed powers that make his eyes shine red when he uses them. This has earned him the nickname of Daemon's Eyes.
Eventually, he succeeded in reviving his wife, thanks to the help of some people he met in Blood City. Now, they are spending the eternity they have to live together.

Weapons: -Longsword brought back from one of his travels to the Eastern isles.
- Sniper rifle he calls the Farsight. Looks like a normal rifle, but without scope (his advanced sight allows him to ignore these things) and higher rate of fire. He also manufactures and uses custom ammunitions.
That's it, I hope it's statisfying. The story was a bit long, I got carried away. I like vast backgrounds! Congrats to those who had the courage to read all of it.
