Level 1 Envy: Rejected as instant emotion changing is just over powered. Gradual yes, but instant, no.
Level 2 Transmutation : Almost all weapons are made of metal, almost all buildings have metal in their super structures, all vehicles are made of metal, street signs are metal, jewellery is all metal, computers are metal, false limbs are metal, you see where I am getting with this? This power is rejected.

Nothing wrong with the powers I guess, except you nered to remember people with strong will powers or good natures will make power 1 near useless.
Oh and power 2, odd, but whatever, if you want to be mel gibson and scream freedom, be my guest. Kilts dont stop bullets. Or in my case, fire.
