Name: Oncete Ombra
Age: 65
Height: 5'6 hunched slightly
Build: slight and frail
Power:
1. Life Embodied: Oncete has taken his powers over life around him and concentrated them within himself. He is a symbiote of plant and human life, multiple different plant growths thriving within him. Most of his innards are actually plant organics now, and he will not die from mortal wounds. His mind is intact and head wounds will kill him, but other damage will be painful and inconvenient, nothing more.
2. Stimulate Growth: Oncete is able to control the plant parts of his body like his normal parts, even going so far as to stimulate unnaturally rapid growth in those parts. He can cause vines to tear from within his skin, though his body must retain its basic shape.
3. Regrowth: Oncete can cause wounds to himself to repair with unnatural speed, the plant growths within him expanding to fill in any damage. He has to focus all his powers into this, and so cannot use any other powers while healing.
4. Extend Life: Oncete can slow, and even halt the affects of aging on any living thing should he choose to. He has done this to himself already, and will not age further and never die.

Oncete is an elderly man, wrinkled face seeming cruel and evil. He commonly wears dark and hooded robes, eyes solid orbs of blood red. His skin is cracked and lined deeply, as though it were aged leather.
History: Oncete lived a fairly normal life for someone who grew up in Blood City. His childhood was plagued by violence and death. Both parents died shortly after he left home, making his own way as a back alley wizard. His powers allow him to make and alter life, though it is always corrupt and altered. He made a decent living for 50 years on his own, and managed to uncover the secret to immortality. He found it somewhat amusing that he managed to find this when he was already old, so would be old for eternity, but new from experience that Fate had a cruel sense of humor.
