1. Jolt: Ken'ichi can cause his hands to be charged with electricity, lightning crackling around them wildly. Anything he touches will be badly shocked, stunning opponents and sending them flying back. Extended contact with him can even cause the heart to stop. This takes little power and is sustainable indefinitely.
2. Lightning Burst: Ken'ichi can shoot a stream of lightning from his hand, though it is far weaker than a natural bolt. It is the same strength as Jolt, throwing enemies back and stunning them, but only lasting exposure can kill. The lightning lasts as long as Ken wished, though he usually has to pause after several seconds to let sufficient power build up once more.
3. Lighting Pillar: Ken'ichi can cause a pillar of lightning to crackle beneath him, lifting him up off the ground like he was levitating. The higher he goes the more power it takes, and he cannot remain in the air for very long.
4. Charged: for obvious reasons, Ken is immune to electrical shock. He will simply absorb the power of the electricity within himself, adding it to the natural power that his body produces. As more power builds up within him, his eyes will turn bright white and crackle with energy, and random jolts of lightning will burst from him
5. Dark Skies: above Ken'ichi is a violent storm. Dark clouds drift across the sky, seeming to slowly turn in circles centered around him. Lightning sparks among the black clouds soundlessly, and rain falls down. The rain seems to fall depending on Kens mood, and severe anger will cause lightning storms as well.

Ken is seemingly a cross between a dragon and a human, though that obviously couldnt literally be the case. He is white and wingless, lacking scales and having soft flesh instead. Two horns sprout from his head and he has a tail. Normally wears that armor, but with both legs armored, or loose gray pants and a shirt.
History: As a kid Ken'ichi was a real jerk and had little friends. He was often cruel because he couldnt control his anger and always regretted being so cruel. After he turned ten, he started to try and control himself more, developing self control and suppressing his anger. He never wants to lose control like that again, and so he thinks everything through. He never drinks, afraid that alcohol will make him lose control once more. Since the age of fifteen, Ken has lived life for himself, though he is willing to help others who deserve it.
