Power: Level 1: Shapeshift: He shifts into a fleshy form, one he uses when he's out in public or needs to keep appearance proper. His Release power's image description uses this powers form as a base. :
Level 2: Shadow Offensive: He manipulates the shadows for offensive purposes, the size of the manipulation varies on the form he's in and in the stress it takes on his mind.
Level 3: Piercing Gaze- He can see into people's hearts and souls, searching for the truth or what he needs to learn from them. His eyes are able to watch the enemy close enough to read their next moves normally, and slow down projectiles such as arrows, bullets, thrown weapons, or a lunging foe, so he can block or dodge, unless the enemy is too fast. (this also adds a change in eye appearance, I'll put it in Looks)(It's simply predicting movement trygon =P)
Level 4: Soul Frenzy- This is Sorrow's effect. He has devoured enough souls so that he now can take over my body when I'm on the brink of death or fighting unimaginable odds, or permit him to. I become a monster of great evil, no honor or justice or judgment. He will kill whatever lies in the way, if possible. When he has killed the enemy(ies), I regain control and pass out for apprx. 5 hours. (Under any situation in which he can no longer fight, even dead, the scythe loses control.)
Power Level 5: Mind Reading: He can read peoples minds as clear as a book, depending on their mental will power and power level above his own.
Power Level 6: Release: He can turn into his monster form, a large increase in power and bestiality comes into it. This form is largely composed of demons of darkness and the souls of the fallen. His body turns less composed, in that it looks like its turning into mist, his skin becomes dark and a confusing mix of black and red. Several eyes form in his body, tentacles from his back, and his eyes turn a glowing red. He can hold it so long as he holds consciousness and for a maximum of 7 hours. He can leave and enter it by the thought to do it, but he feels weaker when he turns back than he had been before, meaning he sure as hell better win before those 7 hours.
Power Level 7: Kera Form- His blade, Kera, takes on her true demoness form.
Level 8: Regeneration: His body is able to regenerate to its whole and original form, so long as there is at least a fragment of himself. The less that remains of him, the longer it takes. If there is no remains, he is dead. Simply dead. (Rebirth process would take place)

History: Once a much respected Angel, but grew bored and is now a Death Angel. Years, decades, millinia,he knows not how long he's lived, for he does not care. A loner, seeking a purpose other than killing, and somebody to love for eternity.During his years, he has experienced many things. He fought for armies, for Militaries, for Imperial fleets, any thing that involves fighting you will surely find he did. The Ancient Civilizations were his favorite times, joining the Egyptian Conquest, the Roman Empire, all were fun for him. He was sad to see Julius Ceaser of Rome die, because he greatly admired the mortal. When this era ended, the era of Ancient Times, he went more undercover. Now he comes to Blood City, thirsty for more of this world.(When he has a physical form, he has human emotions wired into it.)

Weapons: An ordinary looking scythe made of a paranormal material without a name known, an organic and living thing. At times, looking at the blade of the weapon is like looking through a mirror to another world, a dark world filled with the dead. It seems to speak to him, and he is caught in a conversation time to time with it. It seems alive, and when he kills, he loses all control the the scythe and becomes consumed by an anger unlike his normal self. The scythe even has a name, rather what he calls it by, Sel. When he kills he also has noticed, it tends to evolve in power slightly each soul.

A blade made incarnation of an enslaved demoness. Raven turned the body and demonic power and soul of the demoness, concentrating it into a blade The blade knows only Raven as Master, anyone else who wields it will lose their hand. It emanates a concentrated demonic aura and presence.It has a living form, as I will note in the power for that form.
Both of the above weapons are Conscious, Sel and Bane are not related in any way, but both are wielded by Raven and nobody else may touch them. The weapon removes itself from that users possession, returning to Raven's.

Power: Level 1: Nagashi: His manipulation of the elements darkness and electricity come to fruition as he uses Nagashi, his power of dark electricity surges. Lightning fused with the power of darkness erupts from his core, either as a surge from all directions or by palm of hand. The black electricity is darkness manipulated into electricity, making it more of an enhanced electric power. It's rather weak in comparison to normal attacks, but it's stronger than a normal shock.(The surge is short range, palm long)(It's lightning type damage, moderate amount, nothing that can fatally kill on first contact. Just imagine sticking your finger in a socket for damage. Buzz.)
Level 2: Flame: Flames fused with his darkness radiate from his core like Nagashi, only of fire. The heat is intenser with his motive to kill. Typically, it's like an average flame.
Level 3: Moon Viper: His hands have a mouth in each, opening to reveal fangs and an empty void. From this void, a never ending run of black Lunar Serpents come, obeying the will of their master. The serpents are rather easy to kill, but they can tear through an oak if you don't stop them. It's a mid range attack,a few yards or so. The snakes disintegrate when dealt a death blow, or when Barakshi makes them, and if neither happens they die in about a day.
Level 4: Barakshi Phantom: He makes an exact replica of himself, thinking on the same brain length, moving as the original Barakshi wills. He can only make 3 clones and control them efficiently, at his current level. They don't use powers, but they have an illusion of them, being that they mimic the original in using the power but its just an image, not an actual attack. They're solid enough for hand to hand, but they can be dispersed by death blows to them or knocking out Barakshi.
Level 5: Elemental Explosion: His three elements come from inside the core, making a blast of dark flames, electricity, and darkness itself.It surges in his body, coming from his hand in a swirling beam, a triple elemental attack. It does high damage if it hits, to both people and enviroment.
Level 6: Shira Full Control: The monster in his core, Shira, overwhelms Barakshi, taking complete control. The entire body shifts, becoming what he envisions himself as. Shira is a heartless insane monstrosity that has more power than Barakshi, in turn increasing the power of this form.He can use the powers, and it has the same timers as Raven's monster form, both in after effect and length there of.(Note, in the picture beneath, there are large black feathered wings, like in his normal form)
Level 7: Dark Shift: His body shifts to his need, as his form is nonexistent. It's merely darkness taken form around the Core of his Power.

When Christ was born, he heard of it and went to see his Lord. He was glad to see that his Lord finally understood human life and emotion. He left him there, going back to the human world. During some point in his history, that not even he knows, the monster Shira became a part of his existence. Now, over two thousand years later, he has come into Blood City, curious to see what all the fuss was about.(He was not ORIGINALLY a death angel, but a normal holy one, he turned when Shira arrived)

Power: 1-Elite Warriors: Special Forces Officers are bound and trained through thee Barracks and the Church. They are immune to all forms of possession. Their minds cannot be entered, read or used. They can ignore pain and fight on even with missing limbs. Their souls cannot be stolen, sealed or captured in any way. They are stronger and faster then normal members of their race and have training in many forms of combat with close combat weapons and ranged weapons.
2-Alchemy: He modifies the atomic make up of objects, especially metals, changing their appearance, function, the like. Non-living materials only for this power, and the scale of the alchemy is determined by the base he uses, but he can't make anything like as big as a skyscraper.
3-Chameleon: He changes his form to mirror that of someone he sees, with his own uniqueness.(such as to look like another race without their effects)
4-Bionic Arm: His right arm is an bionic replacement, modified with newer tech to make it stronger than normal limbs and more endurable. It's majority metal, which allows alchemy on it.
5-Pyrokinesis: He manipulates fire magic. His flames are black and much hotter than a typical forest fire.What this does is create fire where he desires and keeps it in check. It can also work on fires he didn't create, but not as efficently andf causes mental stress.(Can't do large scale flames like forest fires unless very well energized.)
6&7-Molecular Reformation: He can do a type of magic similar to alchemy that allows him to modify his body, such as heal wounds or change the shape and such of a limb.(Make an arm a tentacle, for example)
8-Bone Flexing: He modifies the structure of his bones so they become much more like rubber, allowing him to contort, bend, move, etc, in ways that normally are impossible.

Once he arrived, he wasted no time in joining the Special Forces. He obeys his orders, even if he isn't a christian soldier. His brain was messed with in his life by the trauma and tragedy, developing separate personalities. One, a simple freaky young boy, the other a psychopathic murderer.

She was discovered killing men outside the fight, allies no less, and given a dishonorable discharge and a death sentence. She faked the death acceptance and moved on again, coming to our sweet sweet city, bitter, cold, and unloving.

2-Alchemy: He modifies the atomic make up of objects, especially metals, changing their appearance, function, the like. Non-living materials only for this power, and the scale of the alchemy is determined by the base he uses, but he can't make anything like as big as a skyscraper.
3-Chameleon: He changes his form to mirror that of someone he sees, with his own uniqueness.(such as to look like another race without their effects)
4-Bionic Arm: His right arm is an bionic replacement, modified with newer tech to make it stronger than normal limbs and more endurable. It's majority metal, which allows alchemy on it.
5-Pyrokinesis: He manipulates fire magic. His flames are black and much hotter than a typical forest fire.What this does is create fire where he desires and keeps it in check. It can also work on fires he didn't create, but not as efficently andf causes mental stress.(Can't do large scale flames like forest fires unless very well energized.)
6&7-Molecular Reformation: He can do a type of magic similar to alchemy that allows him to modify his body, such as heal wounds or change the shape and such of a limb.(Make an arm a tentacle, for example)
8-Bone Flexing: He modifies the structure of his bones so they become much more like rubber, allowing him to contort, bend, move, etc, in ways that normally are impossible.

History: Five-hundred and ninety eight years ago, in the year fourteen eleven, a child was born to a mother who died in birth. Never once did he meet any family, see any pictures, anything. He went through life and then died very young. He became a death angel in that young form, not knowing any other form to be. He began doing the job of the death angel, reaping the souls of the living for several years. Shortly before his arrival in Blood City he lost his arm to a raging animal. He had this new bionic arm made to him, and continued his life. He heard of Blood City from whispers of the paranormal creatures he reaped, and eventually came. Once he arrived, he wasted no time in joining the Special Forces. He obeys his orders, even if he isn't a christian soldier. His brain was messed with in his life by the trauma and tragedy, developing separate personalities. One, a simple freaky young boy, the other a psychopathic murderer.

2+3: Storm Manipulation- She is a practiced user of Serc, enabling her to control storm winds[causing small tornadoes and the various forms of precipitation, as wind can cause the water in a cloud to fall as well] and the electricity/lightning[nothing like godly lightning storms, more like manipulating energy as a weapon with a range similar to hand guns] around her.

History: Two hundred and thirty-seven years ago, a beautiful young maiden was born in Venice, Italy to a family of wealthy merchants. She was given the name Venus, after the Roman goddess of love and beauty. True to the name, she grew up to be a very beautiful woman, drawing the eyes of everyone she was around, both good and evil.
Venus was not just beautiful, but smart and loving, to both animals and people. She was not the type to be free with sex, which made men want to take her as their own even more and change it. One night, a particular man approached her. He came up from behind and kidnapped her, taking Venus to an underground cellar in which she was raped. When she awoke, he was biting into her neck and sucking the blood that flowed; he was a vampire!
He turned her into a vampire as he, Venus being unwilling. After the process, her loving nature became cold and hateful. She killed her maker, taking his blood and gaining his power gained over the age into herself. From then on, she wandered from city to city, learning the ways of the sky and the cold, and taking revenge on people with the allure of love. She involved herself with World War II, taking the side of the enemies to the Nazis. She was a very good soldier, although a women and trusted less by the men as is common. She specialized in secret operations, as it would seem obvious such as the case. After the war ended, she had to find a different outlet to kill men, so she became fully involved in the American Navy. She fought in any war she could, killing all the men on the opposing side. She was discovered killing men outside the fight, allies no less, and given a dishonorable discharge and a death sentence. She faked the death acceptance and moved on again, coming to our sweet sweet city, bitter, cold, and unloving.
